Fr. Kevin is the eighth rector of St. Andrew’s. He is originally from Ithaca, NY, and moved to PA in 2007 for a doctorate in American religious history from Penn State. He is the author of Baptized with the Soil: Christian Agrarians and the Crusade for Rural America (Oxford, 2016), and has also written for Earth & Altar, Christian Century, and Religion Dispatches. Fr. Kevin also serves on the diocesan staff as the Associate Dean of the Stevenson School for Ministry. In his spare time he is a professional drummer and plays with numerous musicians around the region, including the Zeropoint Big Band, Rick Hirsch, Ady Martinez y Orquestra mi Amor, Dead Stars, and Tyne and the Fastlyne. His wife Sarah Klinetob Lowe works for Phius (Passive House Institute US), and serves on the diocesan Creation Care committee. Their daughter Julia is in fourth grade at Lewisburg’s Linntown Intermediate School.

Shirley teaches piano and organ at Robert M. Sides Family Music Center in Williamsport, recently adding a studio in her home and at the church. She holds a BM from Oberlin Conservatory, a MM from George Washington University and a MA from Norwich University. Shirley enjoys her volunteer chaplain ministry at Wellspan (Evan) Hospital and loves entertaining and baking.

Tina is a native of Central PA and has returned to the area to help care for an elderly parent. She served as the Director of Children’s Ministry at an Episcopal church in Texas for 14 years, and as the Interim Parish Secretary after Covid. Tina is married and they have 5 children and 2 grandchildren. Tina attends St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Sunbury and serves on the diocesan Youth Council.

David Hollabaugh is a postulant for the priesthood in the Diocese of the Susquehanna. Sponsored for ordination by St. Matthew’s Sunbury, he is completing coursework at the Stevenson School for Ministry. He will serve his parish internship at St. Andrews from August 2026 to May 2027.
